Well I was A Victim of a Crypto scam and didn't see the scheme until it was To late. I didn't know what to do or where to turn so I used Google search and Found the Company; WestingHouse. I filled out an application for a free consultation and within 24hrs spoke with a representative, he explained the entire process and made me feel comfortable and explained why I shouldn't feel the way I felt. So I started the process the next day and was given a Case Manager. He explained the entire process to me as Well as What he's Going to need doing in my behalf to Recover my lost savings. He too is Great at communicating with me and Making me feel so comfortable with this Process. He updates me and Before any written documents are sent they are sent to me for review and Approval. Each step is Simple and Precise and within 24hrs of the 1st letter being sent, a response and Investigation was set up with the company of with I had the issues with. Having written off a vast sum of money to an online crypto scam, I was contacted by WestingHouse in December 2019, and after much persuasion, and checking of credentials I decided to give them a chance. After collecting all the relevant details of the scam, they began series of letter writing to various banks and the Financial Crimes Commission, which lasted for just over 2 years, culminating in the refund of £143,000. During this time I received regular emails and phone calls from my case manager. It never felt like I was being ignored. I had grave doubts that their efforts would succeed, but obviously I am extremely delighted with the end result.

In 2019 I lost around 8000£ to a scam company named WealthCapital. I won't get into details, they all operate in the same manner. First I tried to accept it is what it is but I just couldn't let it go. Started to look online, just curious if there is a way to get my money back. I found WestingHouse among the many companies that are providing this kind of services and applied. Shortly I got a call back. Needless to say I wasn't so keen to spend more money on top of what I lost, but after they provided all the paperwork I asked for I took the chance. They never stopped. There were a lot of people from WestingHouse taking over my case and although it seemed doggy, they never stopped contacting me, emailing, calling and reassuring me (even when I was skeptical I will get the rest of my money back) that we'll get to the end of it. So, in my case, they are The Real Deal. The only advice I have is Be Patient. Help this guys with whatever you can. As they kept on telling me over and over again Patience goes a long way. Well in my case it really did.

Investment SCAM - I was stupid enough to believe the BO concept. 35000 GBP was my outlay via a Lloyds Bank Visa credit Card - November 2015 till June 2016. When I tried to recover my funds it was against their platform. I had failed to get any action from Lloyds Bank myself. I had written off the loss when WestingHouse sent me an email. After discussion with a previous customer of theirs, I gave a Deposit of 10%. They helped me create a Letter of Complaint to FCA suggesting strongly that Lloyds had neglected to show any duty of care to me as a customer. After about 9 months, FCA contacted me and told me that Lloyds have agreed to refund my money. They did this within two weeks. At all times, I found the service from WestingHouse was excellent and they showed great empathy with my situation. Special thanks to the entire WestingHouse team.

Superb experience all thru the process after being scammed by an online trading platform. I found the staff are excellent and very knowledgeable on financial rulings, the law, policies/procedures. I was scammed by a crypto/forex trading platform since about September of last year. I contacted WestingHouse and after assessment, a gameplan was created and implemented by the team.
